Calendar 2006 will be a year of investment ahead of revenues. Our resources will be focused on next-generation software and the global expansion of our online and mobile businesses.

In sports we had 70 percent category share on consoles in North America. We had 15 of the top 20 sports titles on the PS2 and 14 on both the Xbox and PC.

EA was the number one publisher on PS2, Xbox, and PC in North America and in Europe. Specifically on the PSP we ended the year with 31 percent revenue share in North America and we estimate 25 percent in Europe.

This is unfortunate, but it's a natural part of our transition.

This is a period that's bittersweet. There's a lot of positives that will take place this year, but there will be lots of challenges, too.

December was a quarter where we held our own ... but overall sales were disappointing.

At the time of our last earnings call, we estimated industry numbers to be lightly up against last year given the introduction of two new platforms. It now appears that the overall market will be down in the double digits. The demand curve has shifted abruptly.

We expect our U.S. Books, Music and DVD/Video segment to be profitable on a pro forma operating basis for the full year 2000,

We expect strong year-over-year sales growth in the first quarter, and our outlook for growth in 2000 remains strong. We expect that in 2000, our overall operating loss will decrease significantly as a percentage of sales.
